With the constant rise in price of reagents, there is a definite need for this more economical and efficient sprayer. It is constructed of heavy-duty borosilicate glass for maximum strength and chemical inertness. It is precisely engineered to deliver a uniform fine mist, eliminating heavy droplets.

This simple device consists of an atomizer sprayer head and a 30cc heavy-duty vial with a threaded glass neck. The two components are held together by a polypropylene cap. A hermetic seal is achieved with a Viton O-ring. One of the unique features of this micro sprayer is that costly reagents can be stored in the vial and sealed by a polypropylene cap when not in use. To operate the sprayer, fill the vial with reagent and insert the sprayer head.

Connect the two parts with the threaded cap and attach the pressurized gas source to the sprayer head. It functions equally well with a constant pressure supply or a momentary one such as a that of a squeeze bulb. The top of the sprayer head has a shut-off vent.
