The Radnoti baths are an elegant, highly functional design that have become an indispensable tool for studies in pharmacology, physiology, biochemistry and other biological sciences. The baths are fully water-jacketed to provide stable temperature control and incorporate Radnoti Quick Disconnect fittings. The central drain insures complete removal of chamber fluids, permitting both effective tissue washing and complete collection of endogenously released substances. Superior oxygen delivery occurs through a sintered glass disc that is sealed into the end of an oxygenating tube. The oxygenating tube is removable for easy cleaning and replacement. The chambers are available in eight sizes for tissue preparations ranging from minute sections of isolated blood vessels to intact organs. Each unit comes complete with two Luer valves, Luer connectors, a glass hook tissue support and one Teflon needle valve for precise adjustment of gas flow. Optional plain oxygenating tube sold separately.
