#159905 Radnoti 159905 Micro Pressure & Amplifier
The Radnoti 159905 Micro Pressure & Amplifier was designed to replace the larger, ungainly dome or flow through pressure transducers in all applications, especially those such as the Langendorff or working heart systems where several pressure transducers must be used in close quarters in a temperature regulated environment. The compact, space-saving design incorporates a solid-state technology amplifier system. The Radnoti transducer easily fits into any female luer lock port and takes up little more space than the existing luer port. The Radnoti transducer and amplifier are priced competitively and have improved frequency response compared with the older style dome or flow through pressure sensors and amplifiers. For experiments where cost, ease of use and space are issues, such as in isolated heart or blood vessel perfusion experiments, the Radnoti Micro Pressure transducer is the ideal solution. Requires 159902-PWR power supply.
# 159907 Radnoti Left Ventricular Balloon Pressure Transducer and Amplifier
The Radnoti 159907 Left Ventricular Intra Balloon Pressure Transducer and Amplifier was specifically designed to improve functionality and ease of use for the acquisition of left ventricular pressure measurements in isolated heart experiments. A micro pressure transducer is sealed into a small glass capillary along with a proprietary flush and fill design. The flush and fill tubing is connected to female leur ports to allow connection to a threaded syringe (sold separately) for application of preload. The user simply mounts a balloon over the glass capillary and secures it with suture. The user then gently fills the balloon via the leur inlet until such time as all bubbles exit via the outflow port. Fluid is then gently drawn back and the balloon manually collapsed. After the balloon is collapsed, the port is closed. Then the assembly is ready for insertion into the left ventricle. Using the threaded syringe, preload is adjusted to the desired setting. Includes Micro amplifier. Requires 159902-PWR power supply. 159907-CAL calibration vial included. Minimum Balloon size #4. The assembly is complete with installed calibration vial cap.
