Radnoti Water Jacketed Reservoirs
These liter reservoirs feature a female Luer side drain, Radnoti Quick Disconnect fittings, and 28mm threaded-top closure. A second reservoir can be used in experiments on hypoxia or for the addition of modified media or drugs if the experimental protocol precludes the use of the injection ports available in our heart perfusion system.
In addition to its use for isolated heart preparations, these reservoirs are ideal as a source of aerated solutions for organ baths or gassed solutions used in certain HPLC procedures. To maintain hydrostatic pressure, two reservoirs may be used, one slightly higher than the other so that by siphon action the higher reservoir will feed the lower reservoir and thereby maintain a constant level using a bubbler with fluid inlet port described below. Radnoti Oxygenating Bubbler for Water-Jacketed Reservoirs Standard with one fluid inlet
Specially designed for Radnoti Water-Jacketed Reservoirs, these fine porosity, sintered glass gas dispersion tubes with gas vents are mounted in a Viton "O" Ring inserted into a 28mm polypropylene drilled cap. This bubbler permits the perfusion media to be gassed effectively, thereby maintaining peak cardiac function.

The basic function is the same as the 120143 bubbler with the exception of the dual fluid intake port. The dual fluid intake allows the user to set two or more reservoirs in series to maintain a constant level for hydrostatic pressure or to fill the reservoir by pump.

Reservoir Filling Funnel
The Radnoti 120140-A Reservoir Filling Funnel is designed for use with Radnoti Water Jacketed Reservoirs. The 75mm Funnel opening tapers down to a 17mm neck. The Funnel screw cap allows for threading onto Radnoti reservoirs for hands free use. The funnel incorporates a built in breather tube allowing air to escape as fluid passes through, increasing the speed of fluid transfer.
