Overview of Radnoti Student Tissue Bath Systems.
The Radnoti Student Tissue Bath Systems were created to enhance the pharmacology, toxicology, physiology course work in the teaching lab setting. The systems are recommended for passive and stimulated muscle preparations using protocols including drug titrations, drug metabolism and kinetics, washout experiments, muscle force, and stress measurements for cardiac muscle, skeletal muscle, smooth muscle such as aortic rings, bladder or intestine as well as many other experiments. Thin, non-muscle preparations can be maintained in these baths as well. As more and more teaching facilities are requiring isolated tissue bath contractile force course work, the need for real world tissue bath system package at a student lab price level has become more and more evident.
