Radnoti Single Unit tissue bath System Including Radnoti transducer and amplifier combination with 2 Liter Reservoir

The Radnoti tissue bath is individually mounted via an adjustable ring-clamp to a stainless steel support rod that is anchored to a sturdy steel base. The base is coated to resist corrosive salt solutions.  Select from 5ml, 10ml, 25ml or 50ml 1660 series or 1583 series tissue bath at the time of order.

The Tissue Bath Solution flows from a water jacketed, temperature controlled 2-liter reservoir then enters the tissue bath through a pre-heating coil built within the water jacket of High Tech tissue baths (1660 series only).

The experimenter may empty the baths via a bottom drain controlled with a stopcock. The bath may also be used in a constant flow mode with the waste perfusate exiting an overflow outlet at the top of the bath (1660 series only). Both overflow and drains may be routed to permit monitoring the release of endogenous substances, drug metabolites, or to design a cascade system configuration. Bath aeration is finely controlled via a removable Teflon needle valve Oxy-tube

Complete with Radnoti 159901A Isometric Force Transducer (0-2gm, 0-20gm), transducer positioner tissue tension adjustment, permitting rapid adjustment and positioning of the specimen.

The 0-5 volt transducer output is conveniently shown on a full scale LED display on the amplifier which is mounted directly above the tissue bath. Recommended for passive and stimulated muscle preparations using protocols including drug titrations, drug metabolism and kinetics, radio labeling, washout experiments, muscle force, and stress measurements, as well as many other experiments. Thin, non-muscle preparations can be maintained in these baths as well.
